Take good care of your insulated tumbler and make it last for years!

The tumbler is hand wash only. We do not recommend that you put it in the dishwasher as this may damage the exterior.
Clean the tumbler with warm water, adding washing-up liquid and/or baking soda. We do not recommend that you use strong chemicals or scrub the surface with an abrasive pad as this may damage the product. It is recommended to use a sponge to make sure the tumbler is thoroughly clean inside.
Before using for the first time, clean the tumbler (see the instructions above), rinse and dry it.
Always empty the tumbler and clean it after each use.
Never place the tumbler in the microwave, oven, refrigerator or freezer as this may impact the internal properties of the product.
Do not overfill the tumbler. Leave some air space between the surface of the liquid and the lid inside the tumbler.
Store the tumbler open.
Always place the tumbler in upright position as the flip lid preserves spilling liquids but it does not provide 100% leakproofness.

A little trick to use in order to keep your drinks hot or cold even longer – pre-heating the tumbler with hot water or cooling it with cold water:

For hot drinks: fill the tumbler with boiling water and let it stand for three minutes. Empty the tumbler and fill it with your hot drink, close it with the lid.
For cold drinks: fill the tumbler with ice cold water and let it stand for three minutes. Empty the tumbler and fill it with your cold drink, close it with the lid.
